Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Area
- Currently, we only ship within the United States (excluding some remote areas).

2. Shipping Methods
- Products are currently shipped via UPS/FedEx etc.
- The delivery time limit is determined by UPS/FedEx etc. Please check the logistics information on UPS/FedEx official website.
- Generally, delivery takes 3-5 days to a USA address.

3. Shipping Cost
- You may have to pay different amounts of delivery fees and taxes, depending on the region, unless you are an Amazon Prime member.

4. Undeliverable Packages
- Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Qualeben as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at support@qualeben.com to make reshipment arrangements.

5. Cancelled Orders
- We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@qualeben.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
